The government employees contact us throughout the year which their arrival times and their inquiries about a rental property. We are informed about these and also their budget. We pick up our clients from the hotel and go on viewing tours. The required documents in english and german are at our office. Our service includes contract negotiations, walk through inspections, as well as support on renovations and it´s documentations.

Business customers (director of companies, bankers from Frankfurt and leading employees) are often taken care of by relocation services. We work with many of those relocation services to be able to help these clients in their new environment optimally.
